Physical exercise seems completely natural to us. We do it mostly to “stay in shape,” for fun, or to achieve a specific goal (run faster, improve our coordination, etc.).
Practicing meditation isn't so different, except that there's no focus on performance: it can happen as a result, but it's not the goal you're striving for.
With mindfulness, hypnosis, and positive psychology, we can learn more about how our minds work and explore topics that interest us, like confidence, thought patterns, and attention.
