Mindfulness puts us in a special listening state: we are attentive, not only to what we hear, but also to what it makes us feel—emotions, sensations, images, etc.
Poetry, tales, music, and sounds take on a whole new dimension for a moment. It's a way to escape for a moment, relax, or just enjoy the moment to the fullest.
