Kids, the ultimate mindfulness masters. We've all been young, and so we've all been very good at living in the present, away from ruminations or anxiety about the future. Because children spontaneously know how to stop, be amazed, live their emotions fully... The idea is to cultivate this natural ability to experience moments of mindfulness. And to do so with them! These meditation sessions are tailored to different age groups both in terms of duration and vocabulary used, but the basic principles are the same as for adults. So they're a great way for everyone to get back in touch with themselves.
