Know and live your emotions for more harmonious relationships. We are constantly experiencing emotions, which take up more or less space depending on the context and our state of mind at the time. The more we get used to identifying them, giving them space and letting them pass, the better we can enjoy the pleasant ones and get through the unpleasant ones. Practicing meditation or breathing exercises, and taking time to reconnect with ourselves, help us move toward a better understanding and a more authentic experience of our emotions.
