Body

Meditate to inhabit your body better, become more aware of your senses, and cultivate the ability to listen to the signals your body sends you.

(Re)connect with your body. It is common to live life feeling detached from our bodies, to the point where we no longer listen to what they are telling us. And yet, it is the only place we will ever truly inhabit. During meditation, we experience a moment of complete presence with ourselves and the world. We are connected to the present, with our mind and body, fully experiencing what is happening right now. These moments are a great way to deal with stress, anxiety, and rumination, which can wear us down and end up affecting our health, reminding us that our mind only exist through our body.
