Nicolas is certified as an instructor of mindfulness meditation and MBSR by the Institute for Mindfulness-based Approaches (IMA), and has always naturally worked in fields where the human is in focus. His personal life has brought both moments of great joy but also suffering and pain.

In the 2000s, he discovered meditation and the more he practiced, the more he became aware of his desire to go further with this approach.
After many years of practice, training and retreats, he embarked on the journey to become an instructor.

Today, he works both with corporate clients and individuals and helps promote the practice of mindfulness through associations, conferences and taster workshops.
